The Hindus believe in Shastras. In Bhagvat Gita lord Krishna says’’ तस्माच्छात्रं प्रमाणते कार्याकार्य व्यवस्थितौ ‘’ which means that shastras should be considered as Praman. The reference and perform the Do's ( karya) and Dont's ( Akarya) as per the dictum enunciated in Shastras. Therefore, in Hindus religion,there are lots of doctrine specially about children issues and pregnancy than any other religions.

The Shastras says that a man without a son does not get emancipation ( Moksha) by the saying ‘अपुत्रस्यगर्तिं नास्ति ‘.Childlessness is a major issue in the Hindu perspective and the marriage in Hindus has acquired sanctity because of the belief that the male issues are a must for the perpetual growth of the Vansha i.e. the clan.The eldest son is called the "Karma Putra" and it is he who has the right to lit the pyre after death of his parents and it is also his responsibility till his death to perform the obsequies for his parents after their death.

Once a couple gets married all their happiness lies in becoming parents. There is no other materialistic pleasure which can equal the joy of having own child but unfortunately, some parents do not get male issues at all in their life time but there may be only female issues. In some cases,there may be absolutely no issues whether Male or female. Some of couple often face lots of issues and delays regarding childbirth. In case of problem in childbirth,the horoscope of both the couple should be analysed properly. (Specially the women’s horoscope should be examined properly during conception).Generally this process that is called match-making is done before the couple intend to marry. After the analysing the horoscope of both the couple,there may be either of two possibilities-whether it is a case of Childlessness or case of Delays.

Many times, the couple may be puzzled for not becoming parents instead of they being medically fit and perfect.. Then why does a couple experience problems in bearing a child? Where is the problem?

According to ancient astrology, difficulties in childbirth may happen if the natives’ 5th and 9th houses and their Lord is not in a good position,impact more in the process of childbirth. For predicting about childbirth,the astrologer must be analyse the 1st,5th and 9th house and positioned of their lords.The Ascendant,Navamsa,Saptamsa and division charts are also be considered.Regarding childbirth ,there are numerous yoga is defined by our vedic Rishis.Here some of yogas are as follows:

पुत्रवित्त्तक्ठ्ठेत्रेशा: संयुक्त नवभागपा :। पापंशका: पापयुतग अनपत्य त्वमादिशेत् ।।

If the Navamshadhipathis of 5th,2nd and 7th house's are conjoined with malefics or aspected by malefics. It causes childlessness.

गुरुर्लग्नेशदारेश पुत्रस्थानाधिपेषु च । सर्वेषुबलहिनेषु वक्तव्यात्वनपत्यता ।।

If Jupiter lord of lagna, the 7th lord and 5th lord are all devoid of strength it causes childlessness.

व्येयेशसंयुतांशेश्ये मृत्युराशौस्थिते यदि । पुत्रेशे क्रुरषष्घंशे अनपत्वत्यमादिशेत ।।

If the navamshadipati of 12th lord occupies the 8th and if the 5th lord occupies krura shastansha. It causes childlessness.

Children are born in the dashas connected with the 5th house or the Lord of the 5th house of saptamsha.An afflicted 5th lord which can be combust,retrogate and aspected by Malefic generally results in delay of childbirth.

Balarishta yoga-

Early death of children upto 8 years is called Balarishta.Balarishta yoga is formed by a certain planetary combinations which is responsible for the child's health and longevity during the first eight years after birth.Early death occurs mainly when at the time of birth the moon is weak, ill-placed and also afflicted by malefic planets. Whereas the Moon positioned in the 6th house from the Ascendant (Lagna) causes Balarishta and also an affliction by either cruel planets such as mars or saturn which gives chronic and incurable diseases.Combinations like when the Moon from 8th house, Rahu in 9th, Mars in 7th, Venus in 6th house,Mercury in 4th house, Jupiter in 3rd house, Sun in 5th house, Saturn in lagna will cause problem to the child in the first eight years.

If the 5th lord occupies 6-8-12 sons will not be born. If the 5th lord is conjoined with malefics or combust sons are not born. If born the sons will die soon.

If Saturn conjoins with the lord of the fifth in fifth and gets the aspect of Moon or gets conjoined with Moon and Rahu, it caused the loss of children.

If in 2nd house Mars is posited and Jupiter occupy the twelfth, Saturn occupy fifth and Rahu's conjunction or aspects causes loss of son.

For predicting childbirth astrology if the 5th lord occupies kendra and trine sthanas. It is auspicious for birth of children.

If the lord of lagna or Jupiter or Venus is in kendras, the native's son will have a long life and wealthy. If the Lagnesh or Jupiter or Venus is in the quadrant then the native's son is long-lived and wealthy. If the Saptmansa is in odd sign and occurred by good planet or aspected by male planet then this yoga gives son. If the Saptmansa is in even sign and conjoined or aspected by female planet then this yoga gives daughter. If both types of female or male planet are in any sign amount then both the son and the daughter yoga is formed.

For conceiving a woman important transit have to occur as -

• Ascendant Lord transiting over 5th horse or 7th house.
• 5th Lord and 9th Lord transiting over ascendant.
• Transit of Saturn over 5th on 9th house.
• Transit of Jupiter over 5th house or 5th Lord.

Safe Pregnancy And Healthy Child

In order to have a healthy child and safe pregnancy, our ancients followed an auspicious day and time for the nuptial function (for the first sexual union). Special time was fixed in the night only by the ancient astrologer, after careful analysis of planetary combinations the sexual union taken place during that auspicious period is said to give healthy child and also a healthy pregnancy period for the mother. The conception time in a woman is known as Adhana lagna and this rules the 8th month of pregnancy.According to the ancient astrological scriptures,the 8th month of pregnancy is a critical one as it rules the adhana lagna, conception time which if good will give good results and if bad the bad results can take place.In fact, astrology also stipulates that during intercourse leading to conceptuous union Satwik methods are to be followed because of this the children born will have Satwik (good) characters i.e. with good behaviour and nature. Otherwise, if Rajasik and Tamasik methods are followed, children of Rajasik and Tamasik character will be born. Children born in Rajasik character will have too much desire, greed aspiration, wants and over ambitious while Tamasik character will make the children exceedingly lazy, angry, dull, idiotic, attacking, getting addicted to drinks, drugs etc. Therefore, conceptuous union should take place in a peaceful atmosphere and husband and wife should have faith in God and follow Satwik means.There are some authentic astrological rules regarding this.

The conception can be performed on the fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, twelfth, fourteenth, fifteen and sixteenth night. For this,the calculation and knowledge of Mensuration cycle should be correct for example, if a woman's menstruation begins at 8:00 pm in the evening of December 21 , till 8.00 pm on December 22 the first day will be counted.It is the main thing to keep in mind that if a couple wants to get a son,then counting on the days of the menstrual cycle, sex should be done on the 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th and 16th night. While if the couple wants the daughter, sex should be done on 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th and 15th night. The third part of the night is considered to be best for conception.The conception can be performed on the fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, twelfth, fourteenth, fifteen and sixteenth night. Nakshatras -

All fixed nakshatras such as Mirgasira, Anuradha, Hasta, Swati, Sharvan, Dhanistha and satbhisha are the best Nakshatras for conception.

Vishnu Puranam says that certain days (Tithis) such as Rikta tithis, Ashtami, Dwadashi, Amavasya, Poornima and Bhadra tithis must be avoided for sexual union. In fact astrologically, the full Moon day is avoided for a sexual union for conception. The date such as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 12 and 13 are good for conception.

Months Of Pregnancy Ruled By Planets

Our sages have wonderfully assigned various months of pregnancy period to different planets,how the foetus grows in the womb by the impact or radiation of different planets.The different planets which helps in the different stages of pregnancy as Venus during the first month,mars in the second month,Jupiter is for the 3rd month while Sun,moon,Saturn, Mercury are for the remaining months(fourth to ninth).

• 1st Month-Venus - Fleshy mass.
• 2nd Month-Mars - Solid mass.
• 3rd Month-Jupiter -Sprouting of organs.
• 4th Month-Sun - Bone formation.
• 5th Month-Chandra - Skin formation.
• 6th Month-Saturn - Hair and other organs.
• 7th Month-Mercury -Active life force.
• 8th Month-Adhana lagna - The growth of body by mother's food.
• 9th Month-Moon - Occurence of delivery pain.
• 10th Month-Sun - Delivery.

According to the scriptures, chanting of the Gopal Mantra is an absolute remedy for achieving child. It is necessary for each couple to chant a certain number of mantras in their regular form. By this result,the native gets desirable progeny and the obstacle related to get the child is destroyed. The couple should be establish a picture or statue of Lord Krishna's child form, worship and offer Naivedya with a resolution of the desire to achieve progeny after all this doing,couple should be chant a certain number following mantra with a calm mind.

“ॐ श्रीं ह्रीं क्लीं ग्लौं देवकीसुत गोविन्द वासुदेव जगत्पते । देहि मे तनयं कृष्ण त्वामहं शरणं गतः॥ ॐ नमो भगवते वासुदेवाय” ।

Some An Absolute Remedy For Attaining Progeny And Its Safety

• According to the Lal Kitab if the child is being interrupted or if it dies, then on Tuesday, fill the honey in the pot and Should be buried in the ground.
• The root of Nirgundi should be tied on the child's neck on Tuesday gives teeth.
• If the woman experience labore pain and if the woman is unable to deliver the child then Apamarg tied on her waist by this she gets easily delivery, but keep an eye on one thing that after delivery the Apamarg must be untied as soon as it is possible.
• If a woman is in period but does not remain pregnant, then in this situation, the woman must be drink a decoction of basil seeds at the time of menstruation, then surely the woman get pregnant.
• When the piece of alum is tied on the child's neck, the child sleeps with pleasure.
• Drinking with Amla and Mulhathi with cow milk does not cause abortion.
